Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. We don’t accept returns for items damaged by the customer, but we do accept returns if the item was damaged during shipping (carrier damage). In this case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  3. You need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

🔄 Once approved, You can  send us parcel, return shipping label and instructions already included with product.
🚚 If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
⚠️ Important: Please do not send back items without contacting us first.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:
❌ Items without tags
❌ Used items
❌ Items with broken original packaging
❌ Items damaged by the customer
❌ Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before requesting a return.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know immediately so we can fix the issue.

4. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item?
🔄 First, return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

5. Customer Can Cancel Order?

✅ Yes! you can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty.
❌ If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return process to get a full refund.

6. Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

🚨 If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing sdsenturallc@gmail.com.

⚠️ After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, and no refunds will be issued for incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

💳 Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
